公布浦江县行政执法主体名单的公告
为全面落实行政执法责任制和行政执法公示制度的要求，推进行政执法机构、职能法定化，规范行政执法，接受社会监督，根据《浙江省行政程序办法》《浙江省行政执法证件管理办法》和《浙江省人民政府办公厅关于严格规范涉企行政检查的实施意见》（浙政办发〔2025〕5号）等相关要求，结合我县实际，现重新确认浦江县行政执法主体并予以公告。以前公告与本公告不一致的，以本公告为准。
各行政执法主体应当严格在法定职权、授权、委托范围内履行行政执法职责，切实做到严格规范公正文明执法。凡因法律法规规章的颁布、修改、废止或机构改革、职能调整致使行政执法主体资格发生变化的，有关部门应重新确认并公告行政执法主体资格。
